About SMITS
The IT arm of San Miguel Corporation — since 1999.
For over 25 years, SMITS Inc. has served as the technology backbone of one of the Philippines' most diversified conglomerates — keeping over 50 operating companies secure, connected, and running.
Our Story
Built to serve the group. Grown to lead the industry.
SMITS Inc. was established in 1999 as the dedicated information technology company of San Miguel Corporation — one of Southeast Asia's largest and most diversified conglomerates spanning food and beverage, packaging, energy, infrastructure, and telecommunications.
What began as an internal IT services unit has grown into one of the leading IT companies in the Philippines, employing over 500 IT professionals and business process experts who deliver enterprise-grade technology to every corner of the San Miguel Group.
Today, SMITS is the primary provider of IT consulting, implementation, and support services across the San Miguel Group — and selectively extends these capabilities to non-San Miguel clients. Our mandate has never changed: keep the group secure, resilient, and ahead of the threat curve.
